Remember when Grime was king kids? So do we, and we liked it. Sway developed quite the following during that period, and now he’s back, with the help of Fake Blood on the Remix, here’s Level Up.
Sway has received both commercial success and critical acclaim over the years. Personally, I think he’s very talented as a rapper, but in my opinion the reason he has not received full mainstream success (A la Dizzee Rascal) is due to his ‘Gangsta’ approach to music.
While I think this still rings true with Lights Out (I’m not saying it’s a bad thing), joining forces with the Electro-Powerhouse that is Fake Blood, will open up his genuine music to a new, accepting audience. Did I mention, I fucking love Fake Blood?!
